Welcome to South Norwood Travel Cars. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge it.

2. Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are fixed unless there are changes to the journey details such as pickup location, waiting time, or additional stops.

3. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time based on flight arrival tracking. Additional waiting may be charged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur charges.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must ensure correct booking details are provided. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect information.

6. Vehicle & Driver Policy

All vehicles are fully licensed and insured. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers behave inappropriately.

7. Delays & Traffic

While we aim to be punctual, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Luggage Policy

Passengers must inform us in advance if they have excessive luggage or special transport requirements.

9. Child Safety

Passengers must request child seats during booking. Availability cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
